Payment and Shipment


We ship the majority of orders via XPO, however we also use Ups Ground, private couriers, and the United States Postal service, depending on the specifics of what is being shipped.

We reserve the right to choose the most reliable shipping carriers and to choose the most economical shipping options. If special shipping is required it must be discussed and agreed upon by both parties. All shipments FOB Redding California or Weaverville California. Please check the pack list to make sure that all of the items are there. Once you have signed for the shipment Emerald Kingdom Greenhouse is not responsible for helping in the resolve of the missing or damaged parts.


We require that all items must be paid in full before they are shipped. We accept all forms of payment, however you may not pay with a credit card if you are purchasing a custom order.


Offerings listed are subject to whether or not they are available. We will not be held responsible for circumstances caused by conditions beyond our control. Appropriate substitutes will be made when necessary.


We reserve the right to charge a $10 service fee on orders under $100, in addition to shipping or delivery charges.


Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase and can not be returned without authorization from our office. Invoice number and date of purchase is required for any/all returns. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns unless the merchandise is defective.

Items that are special ordered, made to customer specifications, non-inventory or non-stock items, can not be returned for any credit due to their custom nature.


We reserve the right to apply a sales tax of 7.5% to all orders, in compliance with local tax laws.


Warranty does not cover complete replacement or tears in the tarps, tear patch kit would be provided for small damages. Warranty covers replacement in the event of component defect of the following; motors, electrical systems, manual rollers and all other manufactured parts. Warranty does not cover mistakes made during installation or negligence by the owner of greenhouse products. Owner has 60 days to register product, product must be registered within 60 days of purchase date to qualify for 1 year Limited Manufacture Warranty.


In the case of all warranties expressed or implied, seller's and manufacturer's only obligation is to replace the quantity of product proved to be defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer is liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the product. It is the user's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for his/her intended use before he/she uses it. User assumes all risk and liability connected with such responsibility. The foregoing may not be changed except by an agreement signed by the offices of the seller and manufacturer.


We are not responsible for the permitting of structures. The user/customer is responsible for the permitting of all building in accordance with state and local laws. If you need help with this process, feel free to call us with questions.


If you are picking up your greenhouse products directly from us you have 5 business days to pay in full and pick up your kit. After 5 days you will be charged a $100 a day storage fee. Pick up orders requiring palletization will be charged an additional $100.


If you choose to pay a 50% deposit for a greenhouse this money is non refundable

note: please make sure before selling any Rush services that we have all of the components in stock. The rush completion does not include third party accessories, only structures that we manufacture in house! So when you charge the % make sure it is only on the structures.
